Consumer Purchases

If you change your mind regarding a purchase made online or in-store you can return it to us for a refund or an exchange within 14 days of the delivery of your order. All costs incurred in returning the product will be at the customer’s expense. Please use a tracked postal service. Returned items must be in a resalable condition.

Upon receipt of acceptable returned goods, a refund will be processed by the original method, the cost of the original delivery will not be refunded. 

Your Right To Cancel

If you are a consumer you have the right to cancel the contract that was formed when you purchased on You may cancel the contract for any reason and at any time throughout the cancellation period. The cancellation period covers from the time of dispatch to 14 days of the delivery of goods. The right to cancel is additional to your statutory rights as a consumer and our standard returns and exchange policy. 

How to Exercise the Right To Cancel

To cancel an online order please follow the steps below :

Advise us within 14 days of delivery of your order that you wish to cancel your order, you can contact us by emailing stating that you wish to cancel your contract. Alternatively, you can use our cancellation form by clicking HERE. We must receive your email or completed form within 14 days the receipt of your order.

Once we have been notified of the cancellation please return your goods to :

Goods must be returned within 14 consecutive days from the Right to Cancel was exercised, this includes weekend and holiday periods.

If you cancel the contract you have to pay all return postage costs incurred. Please ensure that goods are adequately packaged as we are unable to accept items damaged in return postage for a refund/replacement. A refund or replacement can only be offered when we have received the goods. Please use a tracked service for all returns.

Upon receiving the goods within the 14 days of cancelling the contract we will reimburse all payments received from you in respect of returned products including delivery charges. The reimbursement will be paid using the same method of payment of the original transaction within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

Damaged / Faulty Products

In the unfortunate event that an item has been delivered damaged, faulty or incorrectly dispatched please contact by email at stating your order number and the issue with the product. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
